About the Founder

Ashley Erwin is a 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher based in Atlanta, Georgia. She also has an additional 100-hour certification in restorative yoga and “great yoga wall Level 1 certification.” Ashley began practicing and studying Yoga in 2004 and began teaching yoga in 2016. Ashley provides alignment-based yoga instruction, combining precise and subtle movements with meditation techniques to fully engage the student's mind, body, and spirit into their practice.

Since 2006, Ashley has been involved in outreach with various communities who serve adults living in poverty with a mental illness diagnosis. Being able to serve through yoga was a natural step for Ashley after completing her yoga certifications. In 2017 she began teaching adults with a mental illness diagnosis through Friendship Center of Atlanta, and in 2020 she began teaching incarcerated individuals through The Dharma Project Atlanta. In 2020 she also began offering this unique service to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Ashley promotes the healing power of yoga and provides a genuine level of care and attention in all of her classes. She is an advocate of the “Yoga Is for Everyone” movement. Ashley lives and loves yoga and is forever grateful for her students, teachers, and her practice.

Ashley also runs Your Yoga Roadie, a mobile yoga business that provides the benefits of a studio atmosphere with the flexibility and convenience of setting up class at your location.
